discover a new world of MCII profitability. MCII detailed training is included in our elaborately designed Dealer and Distributor training classes. Presently the cost of a training class is $1500.00 for one person to attend a 2 day class, located in Tampa Bay, Florida. To bring a second person there is an additional $250.00. For over 15 years our sister company, MC Resurfacing, Inc. has been highly successful in the decorative concrete business located in the Tampa Bay Florida area. Over 2,800 jobs have been marketed and installed, yielding excellent profits ranging from 35 – 46%. Our area of expertise includes the basic look all the way up to the high-end looks, some examples are; inlaid brick with color highlights, marble, multi-colored highlights, elaborate tile and granite effects, and paver appearances. We demonstrate in detail how to achieve these effects for a fraction of the cost of the actual materials. MCII emphasizes that all completed surfaces are completely sealed, water proof, high strength, and will not mold or mildew. In addition to texturing techniques, advertising, marketing tactics and business planning are presented in detail. In addition to our decorative concrete training sessions, Miracle Coat is prepared to offer a custom designed training concept that will cover all additional products that are now being offered by MCII. In all cases, dealers will be setup with a code that allows the viewing of encrypted installation instructions on all products within the dealership scope.
